Doug Burgum and Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to vaccinate essential workers who are transporting goods across the United States and Canadian border. Approximately 2,000 Saskatchewan residents will be eligible for the program.

Doug Burgum and Manitoba Premier Brian Pallister today announced the Essential Worker Cross-Border Vaccination Initiative, where North Dakota will administer COVID-19 vaccinations to Manitoba-based truck drivers transporting goods to and from the United States. This is the first such program between a Canadian and American jurisdiction.
