The North Dakota Department of Health (NDDoH) was notified today of a technical issue with the software program that issues COVID-19 test notifications electronically. In this case, individuals who had recently tested for COVID-19 reported not being able to log into the provided link to retrieve their results. The issue has been resolved, and the NDDOH and North Dakota Information Technology are monitoring the situation.

Individuals who have recently tested for COVID-19 and selected they wished to be electronically notified can expect a second notification with an updated link.  If individuals have questions, they can reach out to the Health Hotline at 1-866-207-2880 from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Saturday.
