Mandan, N.D. - Today, The Morton County Sheriff's Department is releasing a video statement from Sheriff Kyle Kirchmeier urging protestors and the general public to not risk their lives by exposing themselves to the elements during the current winter storm.
In this video, Sheriff Kirchmeier explains, “Being outside exposed to the elements … does bring life threatening conditions.”
