There was a hearing at the Federal Courthouse in Bismarck concerning Paradigm Energy’s request for continuation of an injunction against Three Affiliated Tribes so they can continue construction of a natural gas pipeline under Lake Sakakawea. No problems were encountered with attendees. There was no formal demonstration.
