Mandan, N.D. — The Morton County Sheriff’s Department and the North Dakota Highway Patrol have announced the complete reopening of North Dakota Highway 1806 from Fort Rice to Cannonball Bridge effective at noon today. As part of the final phase of the multi-phased approach to opening the highway all pilot cars and portable traffic barriers will be removed to allow regular traffic flow in the area.

Motorists are also reminded to use caution and obey all traffic regulations that are posted in this area of Highway 1806.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol and the Morton County Sheriff’s Department will continue its increase patrols in the area.
