Mandan, N.D. – This morning, Morton County Law Enforcement was briefed on Sunday’s interaction between Cass County Sheriff Paul Laney and protestors. In this video, Sheriff Laney explains how significant it is that the elders within the protest camp are promoting peaceful protests and the hope that those elders will be able to control the violent faction within the camp.
